Position Name - Claims Manager

Location - Mumbai

Experience Range - 4 - 8 years

Mandatory Requirement:

3+ years of experience in Claims management.

Needs to be from the insurance or insurance broking industry.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, process, and settle Non-EB insurance claims efficiently which would include Marine, Liability and Engineering
- Review claim submissions, validate supporting documents, and ensure compliance with policy terms.
- Communicate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
- Conduct investigations for complex claims, liaising with assessors and legal teams when required.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines in claim settlements.
- Prepare and submit claim reports, updates, and analysis to management.

Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Other Details:
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in claims management software and data analysis tools is a plus.
