Job Description
.A Web Developer is responsible for the coding, design and layout of a website according to a company’s specifications.This role takes into consideration user experience and function, a certain level of both graphic design and computer programming is necessary. For the needed updates of the current established websites, a Web Developer will generally assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the website and its updates for both development and security features and SEO batch updates.
Responsibilities:
Writing productive code
Creating a website or websites pages using standard PHP/HTML/CSS practices using Laravel.
Creating an easy to use Pay-Gate when needed or update on current used merchant gate.
Pay-Gate to be secured and respecting the highest level of security as to guarantee safety for our Clients as well as a smooth transaction to secure the company’s funds.
Creating the needed certificates to secure every aspect of the website with a clear plan and monitor the needed updates for any security vulnerabilities that may need to be closed for gaps or security breaches.
Working closely with web designers and programmers to produce the website if there is a need for adding more developers or using third-party on occasional basis.
Constant communication with other colleagues in the business to develop and deploy their content – and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe.
Researching different software programs, maintaining software documentation for the currently established website and any updates that may occur in the future.
Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down (downtime) keeping the stability at the highest levels possible at all times as strict standard.
Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built.
