- The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP HCM – India Payroll modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Design, configuration and testing in various SAP HCM Payroll sub-modules.
- Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
- Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients
- Carry out complex or novel assignments

Essential Skills
Job
- Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP India Payroll
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of India-specific statutory compliance
- Skills:



Effective communication and client-handling skills
- Background: Experience in either real-time implementation or support will be suitable
- Should have strong functional knowledge of the system
- Should be organized and focused on delivering tasks within defined deadlines
- Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills

Personal
- Adhering to client-specific work timings and calendars
- Being available and adaptable during Payroll Week, which may involve:
- Supporting clients during extended or odd hours
- Providing on-site support at client locations during payroll execution, when required
- Ensuring seamless payroll processing and timely salary crediting
- Given the business-critical nature of payroll operations, full commitment and flexibility from the candidate are essential.
- Should have understanding of business objectives and organization structure
- The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness
