About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team and drive sales for ourAI-based SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background andexperience in selling AI solutions to enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:● Act as a technical expert during the sales process and provide technical support toclients and sales teams● Understand and communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of ourAI-based SaaS solutions to potential customers● Demonstrate and present our solutions to clients, both in person and remotely● Respond to technical questions and objections raised by potential customers● Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommendsolutions that meet those needs● Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customerrequirements and market trends● Stay current on industry trends and developments related to AI and SaaS solutions
Requirements:● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field● 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, with a focus on AI-based SaaS solutions● Strong technical knowledge of AI, machine learning, and SaaS solutions● Excellent verbal and written communication skills●
