Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Head to lead business growth for digital engineering domain software solutions in the Gujarat region. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Gujarati, possess robust B2B sales experience,



and have a proven track record in engineering software, digital transformation, or technology solution sales. The role demands ownership of the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closure — while building trusted relationships with clients in construction, manufacturing, EPC, and OEM sectors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Own sales targets and growth for the Gujarat region, driving revenue from engineering software solutions.
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with business goals.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts across engineering design firms, EPC companies, and OEMs.
- Drive new business opportunities through networking, referrals, events, and channel partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance, goal alignment, and continuous capability building.
