About Role:

We are looking for a results-oriented Sales professional to spearhead business development for industrial/process Automation Solutions, Spares, Specialty Chemicals, and Consumables specifically for Industrial Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation, proven sales acumen, and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships across diverse industries including manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, food & beverages, and chemicals.

BE / B Tech - Electrical / Instrumentation

 Minimum 5-7 years’ relevant experience in Sales for Industrial Automation, Spares, and Specialty Chemicals, for Water/Wastewater treatment plants

 Proven experience in digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives

Areas of expertise / skills

 Technical Knowledge:

o In-depth understanding of industrial automation systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS, robotics, IIoT) and their application in water and wastewater treatment.
o Familiarity with spares, specialty chemicals, and consumables essential to the operation and maintenance of industrial water and wastewater treatment plants.

 Sales Strategy & Execution: Ability to formulate and implement sales strategies targeted at diverse industrial sectors.
 Solution Selling: Skilled at diagnosing customer pain points and recommending customized automation solutions
 Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to build, manage, and sustain relationships with Plant Managers, Operations Heads, and Procurement teams.
 Communication & Presentation: Effective at delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and value propositions.
 CRM & Reporting:

o Proficient in using CRM plat
