Job Summary: Looking for a skilled Support Analyst with experience in the semiconductor manufacturing domain to provide technical and functional support for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), specifically Siemens Opcenter Semiconductor / Process solutions.



The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, resolving issues, and supporting end users in a shift-based environment

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 support for MES applications, especially Siemens Opcenter Semiconductor / Process
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and data-related issues
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, issue resolution, and reporting
- Handle incident and service requests within agreed SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of recurring issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, infra, customer teams)
- Support system deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities
- Maintain proper documentation for incidents, solutions, and knowledge base
- Provide excellent customer support and communication, ensuring satisfaction
- Work effectively in a rotational shift workplace
