- Accountable for the Administration and Operation of the Skill Development Center.
- Managing Project Schemes of DDUGKY
- Monitoring of Operations Project Strategies & Campaigns
- Creative Team Leadership Project Positioning & Branding Compliance
- Adhering to Project Requirements Generate Business with Corporate for their CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
- Center setup as per National Skill Development Corporation Ltd and Sector skills council then Center Verification and Number Allocation
- Staff hiring as per SSC and Job role wise required experience and education
- Training calendar across the mandate and center for achieving the targets
- Liaoning and meeting with Government and Corporates for existing and recent business plan and implementation.
- Submission of Monthly Progress Reports.
- Leading Team Trainers with supporting staff.
- Meeting with new clients for placement and industry contribution tie - ups.
- Audits of centers, for checking the documentation, Training quality and requirements.




- Branding of centers as per project requirement.
- Preparation of budget or Center monthly expenses & Financial Cont
