As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our recruitment services to potential clients. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials and campaigns
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads




- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales and marketing activities to management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a recruitment or staffing industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
