As an Associate - School Partnership , you’ll be ensuring that the organization meets its Growth Target. Candidate should be ambitious & energetic to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales & forging strong relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
- Conduct research & field visits to identify new market opportunities & lead generation.
- Identifying and interacting with new leads/customers.
- Establishing rapport with new leads via phone and email to initiate sales consultations.
- Conducting sales consultations in a professional manner and that aligns with the brand and culture.
- Presenting, promoting, and pitching products as per the company sales process to prospective customers.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive and skilled customer interactions and relationships
- Developing quotes & proposals for clients
- Consistent and timely onboarding of new clients to the KAM team as per onboarding process.
Sales Administration
- Ensuring that data is diligently and accurately entered within (CRM) syste
- Submitting sales reports in an accurate and concise manner for Sales Head’s review.
- Maintaining effective communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment of accounts as per the agreed payment terms with schools.
What Skills Are Critical And Essential
- Fluency in English and Indian - spoken, written, and presenting
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Confidence and strong communication skills (essential)
- Building trust and the ability to present themselves as an expert in market and product knowledge
- Time Management & Task Planning skills
- Diligence and self-motivation
- Growth oriented mindset
- Experience 2 - 3 Years in School Sales
- Salary - 5 Lacs + Incentives
