Position Overview

The Senior Accountant will serve as a key accounting resource within Skild AI’s finance function. This is a hands-on, full-cycle accounting role requiring ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, payroll accounting, and general ledger management.

You will be responsible for preparing journal entries,



performing reconciliations, supporting month-end and year-end close, and ensuring financial records are accurate and audit-ready. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, operates independently, and collaborates effectively across teams and time zones.

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle accounting operations for the India subsidiary, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and payroll accounting in QuickBooks
- Process vendor invoices end-to-end (coding, approvals, payment execution), maintain vendor master data, reconcile vendor statements, and manage weekly payment runs in compliance with company policies
- Generate and issue customer invoices per contractual terms, apply cash receipts, maintain the AR subledger, reconcile AR aging weekly, and proactively manage collections and escalations
- Coordinate with the US Controller on revenue recognition under ASC 606 and
