GRN is looking for an experienced Business Analyst (3+ years) with strong technical expertise and business acumen to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who excels at bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions.
You will be responsible for analyzing data, collaborating with clients to deliver impactful and data-driven insights that drive business performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key analyst for client performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business outcome
- Collaborate with clients worldwide to deliver technical and business support, driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Communicate solutions clearly and effectively to both business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Maintain, and optimize existing dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within the Travel & Tourism industry
- Solid understanding of business analysis, process improvement, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with data visualization and monitoring tools such as Kibana, Metabase, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of API Hotel connectivity
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
