We have an opening for the post of Architect (Design and coordination) for a reputed Company in Real Estate Industry for their Mumbai(Borivali) Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design development for multiple projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Review designs for efficiency, compliance, and alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate with architects, RCC, MEPF, MoEF consultants, and construction teams.
- Validate construction as per design and monitor quality standards.
- Manage communication between teams and resolve design-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Architecture.
- 6-8 years of experience, including with developers in real estate.
- Robust knowledge of building codes and legal compliance for high-rise projects in Mumbai.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Previous experience in managing large-scale high-rise projects.
