Key Responsibilities:
- Lead finance operations across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), reconciliations, and both Indian and international finance.
- Spearhead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to enhance operational efficiency, Compliance, month end closing activities, Taxation and global finance operations .
- Ensure compliance with accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee Record to Report (R2R) operations.
- Drive client acquisition and maintain robust client relationships.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to achieve excellence.
