- Install, align, and test antennas, feeder cables, microwave links, and other telecom equipment on towers and rooftops.
- Can perform work at height activities
- Knowledge of 2G, 3G,4G,5G
- Perform rigging, lifting, and hoisting tasks for telecom hardware installation.
- Ensure proper routing, grounding, and termination of feeder and fiber optic cables.
- Conduct site surveys and provide accurate reports regarding tower condition and installation feasibility.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tower-mounted equipment.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during tower climbing and rigging activities.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inspection of rigging tools, climbing gear, and safety equipment.
- Support engineers and project managers in completing telecom installation projects within deadlines.
- Prepare daily work reports and submit site completion documents.
