Job Description
- Experience - 15 years of experience managing Solar PV projects, with proven experience in 100MW+ power generation projects.

1. Project Planning and Execution
- Plan, schedule, and execute engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
- Ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets.

2. Team Management
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, procurement specialists, construction professionals, and subcontractors.
- Ensure seamless coordination and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication, timely delivery,



and high customer satisfaction

4. Quality Assurance and Control
- Implement quality management systems and conduct regular inspections.
- Ensure adherence to technical specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements for high-quality project delivery.

5. Cost Management
- Monitor project costs and track expenses.
- Optimize procurement processes and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project profitability.

6. Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

7. Contract Management
- Manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions and ensure compliance throughout the project.
