Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role, you will be part of the Amgen India Site Operations team and support the continued growth, operational maturity, and resilience of the AIN site.
The Business Performance Manager will be working on process excellence, business performance improvement, automation, process re-engineering initiatives and other site programs across AIN Site Operations. This role will partner with site functions and cross-functional stakeholders to simplify workflows, solve business problems,



improve execution, and implement scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency, quality, and decision-making.
The role will also support site operational readiness for critical business processes, including process mapping, dependency analysis, readiness documentation, exercise support, lessons learned, and action tracking. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can create structure in ambiguous environments, work with imperfect or limited data, and drive projects to closure through disciplined execution and practical problem-solving.
This position will report into AIN Site Operations and partner closely with site leadership, functional teams, Business Resilience leadership, Global Business Continuity Management, Business Process Owners, technology partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
