Use multiple sourcing techniques to source applicants for vacant positions, including traditional, non-traditional, and online channels.
Post jobs on the sourcing channels, job boards and social media.
Screen applicants based on client criteria.
Coordinate selection process and offer process for shortlisted candidates with the client.
