We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Representative to join our team. The Telecalling Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and setting up appointments for sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
Provide information about our products and services to potential customers
Set up appointments for sales representatives
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid customer service orientation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
