à Prepare and maintain all personnel records and documents

à Assist zonal head to maintain discipline at office & for compliance fulfilment.

à Issuing I-Cards, uniforms, safety shoes etc. to employees.

à As per requirement, purchase & distribution of stationary with approval of zonal head & keep record for the same.

à Create effective daily attendance tracking system at your location.

à Maintain company asset list & take care of all company assets in the zone.

à Timely communicate the notices,



change in policies, etc. to zonal office employees as per the instructions from HO Senior Management.

à Increase motivation level of employees in zonal office.

à Co-ordinate for the training programme for employees.

à Create, update and manage databases for all HR metrics required for management reviews

à Conduct periodic employee engagement activities.

à Provide the data for salary disbursement to HO

à Co-ordinate with HR manager for appointment letters, relieving letters and other employee requirements

à Conduct exit formalities as per policy guidelines.
