We are seeking a Regional Business Manager who is team player, will be responsible for managing the sales activities for the company's products and services in a specific geographic region. You will focus on building and maintaining relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to generate recent business opportunities and achieve revenue goals. You will also be responsible for managing and leading the sales team in the region. Looking after Project Sales through Architects and Influencers And Channel Sales in your assigned City and Territory

Roles & Responsibilities :-
- You will be selected to sell either a Premium range of outdoor furniture
- Develop Dealers and grow sales through Influencers.
- Support in Development and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities with architects, dealers, hotels, and HNIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and HNIs in the region.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service,



and product development to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Manage and lead the sales team in the region, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high conversion & sales targets are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region and provide feedback to the relevant departments.
- Manage the budget for the region, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the region and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
- Continuously improve self-sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development
