Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook tandoor items such as roti, naan, tandoori snacks, and kebabs
- Maintain proper temperature and handling of tandoor oven
- Ensure taste, quality, and timely preparation of orders
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist senior chefs in kitchen operations when required
- Maintain cleanliness of tandoor section and kitchen area
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in tandoor cooking
- Knowledge of tandoor preparation and marination
- Ability to work under pressure during rush hours
- Teamwork and discipline in kitchen setting
