As the Data Cleansing & Migration Lead, you will co-lead the Data Cleansing and Migration effort for Supplier Data as part of BCG’s Finance ERP and Source-to-Pay transformation Programs. You will partner closely with the Functional Data Cleansing and Governance Lead to ensure the successful migration of 35+ countries that are on the path to migrating to Coupa and SAP S4 HANA.Wave 3: Data Cleansing & Migration for the remaining 35+ countries
- Facilitate execution of data cleansing and migration for Wave 3, per agreed timeline.
- Lead workstream to define cleansing outcomes (data quality, readiness to load) and migration outcomes (load success/failures).
- Responsibility over ETL and validation code/script updates, ensuring technical documentation and artifact integrity.
- Ensure workstream alignment and adherence with program timeline and dependencies (Mock Loads, SIT/UAT).
- Introduce efficiencies in the cleansing and migration approach, local office engagement model,



including prioritization of data attributes based on impact
- Support Functional Lead on local office engagement and cleansing activities including office hours, Slack channel Q&A;, ad-hoc data analysis and reconciliation as needed
- Lead cutover migration activities including cutover readiness activities around pre-load validations, set-up confirmation, and status read-outs.
- Maintain organized and structured tracking, monitoring, and reporting for workstream, including detailed timelines of activities, status, issues, risks and dependencies. Escalate to program leadership/PMO as appropriate.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate activities of resources based in India, Europe, and/or North America.
