Required Technical Skills:
* 5–8 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft technologies, including a minimum of 4 years of focused expertise on the Power Platform. This includes designing, developing, and deploying business solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to address real-world enterprise requirements.
* Strong proficiency in Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate Flows (including cloud and desktop flows).
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
* Experience with solution packaging, ALM using Azure DevOps or GitHub, and setting management.
* Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially Teams and OneDrive integrations.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
