Who You Are:

- 4–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Proven experience managing $100K+/month ad budgets (ideally higher)
- Demonstrated success improving conversion rates through structured experimentation
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen
- Technical fluency across marketing tools and tracking systems
- Ownership mindset with high accountability
- This role is ideal for someone who:
- Thinks in systems, not tasks
- Makes decisions grounded in data
- Stays calm under significant budget responsibility
- Operates independently and drives measurable impact
What You’ll Do
- Own paid Ads at scale - Google, Facebook, twitter, reddit, etc
- Manage and optimize Search, PMax and Display campaigns.
- Scale budgets
