We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a proven track record of handling both IT and Non-IT roles across various industries in the US market. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles in the US.

Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to define role requirements and job specifications.

Source candidates through various channels including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial interviews and technical screenings to evaluate suitability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Track recruitment metrics and generate regular reports to improve hiring strategies.

Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies.

Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

6 months to 2 years of experience in US IT and Non-IT recruitment.

Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT).

Experience using ATS and CRM platforms for candidate management.
