Job Description:
- Responsible for proper counter display of jewellery.
- Sells products by establishing contacts by developing relationships with the prospects and recommending solutions.
- Maintaining quality service by enforcing organization standards.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing the counter targets as set by the organization.
- Deliver showroom sales and operating expenses targets on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Responsible for high level of customer service and customer delight.
- Responsible for creating right shopping ambience in the showrooms.
- Adhere to reverse logistics (for old gold) guidelines as per the defined SOPs.
- Support in execution of any activities aimed at increasing sales.
- Ensure adherence to the showrooms standard operating procedures to drive efficiency and utilize communication channels to provide upward feedback from time to time .
- Follow all showroom operations SOPs and work towards continuous improvement of the same.
- Responsible for inventory management process in the showroom.
- Shall adhere to the standards established in terms of grooming, attendance and punctuality.
- Act as a mentor and guide for counter sales executives
