Summary: Guarantee the conformity of C295 product/service to the requirement specified by our customer and Airbus, and support on quality on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty
- You will contribute to investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality/quality technical issues form the business team and customer, to ensure appropriate containment and archiving, corrective and curative action is taken by the accountable function through multifunctional teams.
- You will perform Quality Inspection as per defined standards, Final Check and Attestation, Stop Points, Out of sequence work, including critical activities (when not delegated)
- You will ensure Operational Surveillance (people, product and process)
- You will also provide feedback and coaching to Operations, Support Functions and Supplier organization on Quality issues and observations from Operational Surveillance
- You will actively participate in process improvements




- You will assure the quality feedback loop with the Serial Production in Spain, and assuring the QSR right implementation in Vadodara FAL

Key Deliverables
- Quality Inspection and attestation of supplier work orders when not delegated
- Operational Surveillance (process, product, people)
- Optimization of Inspection Activities, rapid response to quality issues and the defined KPIs to assure the processes
- Process Improvement
- Investigation and root cause analysis
- Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention
- Opening/Closure (or assure the process in supplier system) of non conformities where appropriate and support to the shop floor providing C295 expertise in Q issues
- Carrying out Predictive Quality activities and coaching to operations
