Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Science (MBA highly preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of Business Development experience within the foundry industry.
- Specialization: Strong background in No Bake lines.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with OEMs and the Railways to drive business growth.
- Identify, approach, and onboard current OEM customers.
- Lead high-level negotiations and manage complex sales pipelines.
- Location: Head Office, Hyderabad
- Compensation: Up to 16 LPA
