The Manager, Business Intelligence leads and develops a team of Commercial analysts responsible for delivering high-quality reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights that support business decision-making. This role combines people leadership, hands-on analytics, project management, and cross-functional partnership to ensure analytics solutions are accurate, actionable, and aligned with business priorities. The Manager also drives process improvement, reporting standardization, and governance to enhance efficiency, consistency, and business impact.

Commercial Reporting anf Data Analytics
•Demonstrate strong project management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple analytics initiatives simultaneously
•Ensure timely, high quality delivery of dashboards, reports, and analyses aligned to business priorities
•Balance hands on analytical work with team oversight, stepping in to solve complex business problems and guide analytical approaches
•Apply structured problem solving to translate ambiguous business questions into explicit, data driven insights




•Partner with cross functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analytics requirements
