Lead Growth Marketer (Inbound / SEO / AEO / GEO)
Overview
We are looking for a Lead Growth Marketer to own inbound growth end-to-end — from strategy and execution to measurement, iteration, and scale. This is not a coordination role. This is not a “follow-the-playbook” role.
You will be responsible for building, scaling, and continuously refining our organic growth engine across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and inbound funnels.
This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a scalable inbound growth engine aligned to pipeline and business objectives
- Identify high-impact SEO, AEO, GEO, and content opportunities across topics, keywords, formats, and distribution channels
- Evaluate and improve content quality, ensuring clarity, depth, positioning, discoverability, and conversion potential
- Work closely with content, design, and web teams to ship quickly and iterate continuously
- Analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools to identify opportunities and improve outcomes
- Continuously optimize funnel performance from discovery through conversion
- Stay ahead of changes in search behavior, AI-driven discovery, and content distribution trend
