Responsibility:
- Lead the transformation of large-scale hybrid platform to a highly available, scalable, portable and robust one.
- Design the platform to handle peta-byte size distributed data serving the end users through streaming and batch mode.
- Through Devops process, implement resource and change management best practices.
- Design and develop a large-scale monitoring, CMDB, and Ops system based on automation and intelligent resource scheduling frameworks
- Optimize the existing service and platform and support the capability improvement of the team in ops technology such as resource management, multi-active nodes deployment, AIOPS monitoring, elastic scaling, and automated fault analysis and handling.
- Explore and research recent technology concepts, achieve breakthrough and productize the concept.
- Involve in Joint research projects with University/Partners.
Requirements:
- Product engineering from architecting, design, development and release.
- Large scale hybrid cloud platform management system design and development for quick distributed service rollout,
automated operation.
- SRE/Devops/IAC process implementation.
- Worked on containerizing large-scale applications and services. (Million+ Hybrid cloud)
- Worked on industry standard container orchestration frameworks s.
- Have designed and developed chaos engineering and AIOPS functions

- Regular presenter in top conferences/Summits in related domain
- Have involved in University level research
- High involvement in Open-source forums/ Tech associations
