What this job involves:
As Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC REMS, you will architect and execute a world-class talent acquisition strategy that enables JLL to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent at scale across the region—supporting 8000+ hires annually.
Reporting to the Global Head of Recruitment Delivery, you will lead a team of 50+ talent acquisition professionals across multiple countries, partner with business & HR leaders on talent strategy, and drive innovation in sourcing, adoption of recruitment technology, and candidate experience.
