Role Overview

As a Senior Manager – Sales, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales for GyFTR’s T&E; (Travel & Expense) and rewards platform. This is an individual contributor role focused on acquiring and managing enterprise clients, engaging with key decision-makers, and delivering consultative, value-driven solutions.





You will own the end-to-end sales cycle while working closely with internal teams to ensure successful deal closures and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a solid pipeline of enterprise prospects (2000+ employee organizations)

Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation → product demo → negotiation → closure

Engage with senior stakeholders including CFOs, HR Heads, and Procurement leaders

Deliver consultative sales pitches focused on cost savings, compliance, and efficiency

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams for solution alignment

Execute regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies

Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and reporting discipline

Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales

Background in SaaS, Fintech, HCM, Payroll, or T&E; solutions preferred

Proven ability to close mid-to-large ticket deals (₹10L–₹25L
