Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tech Lead with robust hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js to join our growing team in Zirakpur. This is a leadership role for someone who is passionate about full-stack development and can guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, leadership qualities, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.
- Manage a small team of developers; assign tasks, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA, and DevOps.
- Drive performance optimization,



security compliance, and robust API integration.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Ensure code quality through automated tests, unit testing, and continuous integration.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions as needed.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose their adoption where applicable.

Technical Skills Required:

Frontend:
- Strong proficiency in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, Redux (or similar state management).
- Experience in building responsive UI with HTML5, CSS3, and modern design frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.

Backend:
- Deep expertise in Node.js and Express.js (or similar frameworks).
- RESTful API design and integration.

Database:
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or similar databases.
- Knowledge of data modeling and query optimization.
