JOB DESCRIPTION: Team Lead
This role covers aspects of software development, software implementation, system integration, Project Management, reporting & support. The role of a Team Lead is to assist in the development of software solutions & support and manage a team of developers. The development of these solutions includes research, design, architect, document and development of recent applications.
Position Requirements
Formal Education & Certification
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or software engineering, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Microsoft Certifications are preferred.

Knowledge & Experience
- Project Management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones, Requirement analysis
- Should manage client expectations by delivering projects within defined project scope, time and budget with high level of quality.
- Monitor and evaluate timeline checklists for projects.




- Responsible for managing the project throughout its lifecycle.
- Ability to balance multiple complex and critical tasks, Evaluate risk analysis from all aspects. Coordinate and lead teams effectively - coordinate with development team members, clients and team leads.
- Coordinate with other departments as and when required.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Experience working with enterprise applications.
- Hands on experience working in integrated development environments.
- Conduct research on emerging application development software products, technologies, languages, and standards in support of development efforts.

Skills
- Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies, including jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, Entity Framework, REST API, ASP.NET, MVC, .Net Core, Angular, Bootstrap, SQL Server, Azure Cloud
