Position: Gen AI Engineer

Must Have
 Overall 4+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development, including




hands-on work on at least one production-grade Gen AI use case.
 Strong practical experience in Gen AI solution development, particularly
in RAG-based or Agentic implementations for global customers.
 Exposure to Agentic AI concepts and Knowledge of using Agentic
frameworks such as LangGraph or others.
 Hands-on experience with open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, GPT-OSS)
and multimodal models.
 Strong understanding of Evaluating and Refining Gen AI Solution
performance.
 Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have
 Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI solution
deployments.
 Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD for Gen AI solution deployment.
 Understanding of various RAG methodologies, Query Transformation, Prompt

Optimization techniques.
 Awareness of LLM Guardrails, Best practices in enterprise environments.
