Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while driving continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in quality management and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Improvement
- New Product Development: Enhance the reliability and quality of new product development processes.
- Ongoing Review: Continuously review products, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement.

Quality Standards and Compliance
- Maintain Standards: Ensure that company quality standards are consistently upheld.
- Specifications: Devise, review, and set specifications for products or processes, including raw materials or intermediate products.
- Supplier Compliance: Set requirements for suppliers and monitor their adherence to these standards.

3. Manufacturing Oversight
- Process Monitoring: Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Production Meetings: Actively participate in production meetings to stay informed about manufacturing conditions and challenges.
- Final Inspection: Inspect final outputs and compare them to requirements, approving products or rejecting defects.

4. Team Management and Training
- Supervision: Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work.
