We are hiring a Trainer in Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Trainer – Manufacturing Industry
Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad
Job Timing: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 6 Days Working
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs on manufacturing processes, equipment handling, and workplace safety.

Create training materials, presentations, and hands-on workshops to enhance employee knowledge.

Assess training needs by evaluating employee performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Monitor and track employee progress, providing constructive feedback and coaching.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Collaborate with department heads to align training objectives with organizational goals.

Keep up to date with the latest manufacturing techniques, safety protocols, and technological advancements.

Conduct refresher courses and re-train employees as necessary to maintain high standards.

Address and resolve training-related challenges, ensuring a productive learning workplace.

Maintain training records and prepare reports on employee development and training effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a training role within the manufacturing industry.
