Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MongoDB Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing document-based data solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB schema design, performance tuning, and cloud-based deployments, along with experience working in contemporary, distributed application environments.

Key Responsibilities




- Design and develop MongoDB schemas aligned with application access patterns and performance requirements.
- Implement operations, aggregations, indexing strategies, and query optimizations in MongoDB.
- Work with application teams to integrate MongoDB with backend services and APIs.
- Manage and support MongoDB deployments on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Configure and maintain replica sets, sharding, backups, and restore strategies.
- Monitor database performance and proactively resolve issues related to scalability, availability, and reliability.
- Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with best practices.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and performance tuning initiatives.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD and cloud infrastructure support.
