Key Responsibilities

1. Finance & Accounts Management

1.1.



Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

1.2. Prepare financial statements and reports as per accounting standards.

1.3. Monitor working capital, fund flow, and cost control measures.

1.4. Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts, bank statements, and financial records.

1.5. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.

2. Commercial & Import-Export Operations

2.1. Manage commercial operations, including vendor contracts, purchase agreements, and pricing strategies.

2.2. Handle international trade transactions, including letters of credit (LC), bank guarantees, and forex management.

2.3. Ensure compliance with import and export regulations, customs laws, and documentation (Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, IEC, etc.).

2.4. Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and customs authorities.
