Skills & Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS company like Freshworks or Whatfix.




- Proven track record of success in lead generation and business development, with a strong understanding of the mid-market segment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and an ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of the SaaS industry and mid-market segment, with the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with minimal supervision, and exercise solid leadership skills, including delegation, coaching, and mentoring.
