This role leads a hybrid team of Business Analysts and Quality Assurance professionals (10 or more members) within the Engineering and Business Analysis Team. The position ensures alignment between business requirements and technical delivery while maintaining quality assurance across initiatives. The BA Lead is responsible for translating business needs into actionable system requirements and overseeing QA processes to ensure high-quality delivery of insurance technology solutions.

A. Business Analysis
- Lead the requirements gathering and analysis process across business units, ensuring business needs are well-defined,



traceable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into functional and technical specifications for system development and integration.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders—including business users, project managers, architects, and developers—to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment of requirements.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Drive the prioritization and backlog management of business requirements, ensuring timely and value-driven delivery of enhancements and projects.
