Shift - Night - 8:30 pm to 5:30

Experience:
5+ years of experience in manual QA, with a strong background in testing Salesforce platform applications and native iOS applications.
Proven experience in hardware device integration testing, including testing interactions between software and biometric or other hardware devices.
Testing Skills:
Expertise in creating comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for end-to-end testing scenarios.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Experience with defect tracking, reporting, and managing the testing lifecycle.
Tools & Technologies:
Proficiency in using test case management tools such as TestRail, Tricentis, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with JIRA or other issue-tracking systems for managing test cases and defects.
Basic understanding of automation frameworks and the ability to collaborate with automation teams.
Soft Skills:




Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting, with a proactive attitude toward achieving project goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
Familiarity with testing in a SOC 2 compliant environment, adhering to strict security and privacy standards.
Location & Availability:
Candidates located nearshore, aligning with our time zone, are preferred to ensure effective communication and collaboration with the team.
