Key Responsibilities

The 2nd Provision Master is responsible for maintaining Food and Beverage (F&B;) stores, including recording, controlling, and issuing inventory to operational departments. They are responsible for promptly informing the F&B; Storekeeper of slow-moving items, managing inventory, and keeping them informed about critical supply levels. They monitor consumption trends, report discrepancies, and assist in USPH pre-inspections.

The 2nd Provision Master also participates in internal loading of stores items, issues last-minute orders, and reports technical defects. They ensure compliance with inventory and product control policies and procedures. They maintain regular communication with F&B; department heads and respond promptly to internal requests.
