About the Role

We are looking for energetic, proactive, and target-driven US Technical Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong sourcing skills, be comfortable making high-volume calls, and possess a âCan Doâ attitude with excellent communication skills. You will play a key role in fulfilling US IT staffing needs for direct clients, MSPs, and consulting partners.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End US IT Recruitment
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract, C2C, and full-time US staffing roles.
- Work on job requirements from direct clients, MSP/VMS platforms, and internal account managers.
- Conduct phone screenings to assess technical skills, experience, availability, and work authorization.
- Submit high-quality profiles with accurate details and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Candidate Engagement & Relationship Building
- Maintain constant communication with candidates through the hiring cycle.




- Build a robust pipeline for recurring and niche roles.
- Follow up proactively for interviews, feedback, rate negotiations, and offers.

Sourcing & Recruiting Tools
- Use job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Leverage Boolean searches, social media sourcing, and networking for passive talent.
- Keep the ATS/CRM updated with candidate information and recruitment activities.

Proactive & Hands-On Approach
- Must be highly proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Make consistent outbound calls and drive results under tight timelines.
- Bring a solution-oriented mindset and a strong âCan Doâ personality.

Documentation & Compliance
- Verify candidate details including work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, H4 EAD, etc.).
- Prepare summaries, rate confirmation documents, and submission trackers.
- Ensure accurate documentation as per company and client
