Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Quality Engineer Automation to lead quality assurance initiatives across a portfolio of projects. This role demands a strategic thinker who can drive high-quality deliverables, manage a skilled team, and champion test automation practices using up-to-date frameworks and tools.

End-to-End Test Delivery:
Own and deliver comprehensive testing strategies across multiple programs and initiatives, ensuring top-quality outputs.

Team Leadership: Manage a QA team of 1012 members, overseeing performance appraisals, career development, and skill progression.

Automation Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of test automation using Selenium with C# and BDD frameworks like SpecFlow, including robust API automation.

Collaboration & Governance: Work closely with architects, developers, and scrum teams to ensure testability, drive automation readiness, and provide input on both functional and technical design.

Process Improvement: Identify and introduce tools and practices that enhance test efficiency and effectiveness across manual and automated testing domains.

CI/CD Enablement: Support and evolve automation frameworks to integrate seamlessly with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
