Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader for Development to lead and manage our development teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing both local and remote teams. Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, including local and remote members.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team workplace to ensure high levels of engagement and productivity.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development
