About the business:
Having found a solid grounding in the tech contractor hiring space,
we ventured into the full-time engineer hiring space with a product earlier this year but found the market to be unreceptive.So, we did what we have always done, started a services business to understand what’s needed and build a product around it. We have cracked deals with a few Seed-funded organizations till now and set up robust operations working as a recruitment partner charging a success fee.
The intent is to go up-market and crack deals with organizations that can give us anywhere between 5 to 15 roles to work on. That will rapid-track the learning curve for operations and product teams while bringing in more predictable revenue. Some of the customers we have worked with - Hey Alle, Altius Hub, Ngenux, Thimblerr, CertifyOS, Upview, Segwise, Loop Kitchen.
