Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dispatch, logistics, and packing operations efficiently.
- Coordinate with production, stores, transporters, and customers for timely deliveries.
- Ensure proper packing of finished goods as per customer and company standards.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and logistics records.
- Monitor shipment schedules and transportation activities.
- Handle inventory movement and coordinate stock availability for dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during packing and dispatch.
- Resolve logistics-related issues and delivery discrepancies.
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of dispatch, logistics, warehousing, and packing operations.
- Experience in handling transport coordination and shipment planning.
- Knowledge of dispatch documentation and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Manufacturing, Engineering, Packaging, Logistics, or Industrial Operations.
